At Langevin Learning Services we respect your privacy and value our relationship with you. Let us assure you that your personal information will be protected. Our goal is to enhance your experience with us. By submitting personal information to us, you are consenting to its use and disclosure for the following purposes:

• Maintaining the accuracy of our records to respond to your inquiries and provide you with customer service communications, and otherwise manage our relationship with you;

  How does Langevin Learning Services collect Customer Information? 
  We obtain information directly from you when you participate in one of our workshops, complete a pre-workshop survey, complete a post-workshop evaluation, purchase a product/manual/module, or contact one of our Client Services Representatives.
  
  If you do not want us to use this information to contact you for sales or marketing purposes, and would like to limit our use of this information solely for the administration of your registrations, please contact a Client Services Representative at 1-800-223-2209.
  
  From other parties:
  We may acquire a list of names and addresses, which may include your name and address where you have given your consent, from list vendors to send promotions or product information to the names on the list. We also have relationships with third parties with whom we conduct joint marketing activities through which we may obtain your name and address with your consent. These activities clearly identify the other parties involved and provide information about their privacy practices. Any such other parties are bound by their privacy policy, not ours.
  
  To ensure our database addresses remain accurate, we also obtain address information from third-party licensed data providers for National Change of Address and other authorized parties.

  During normal website usage, you can visit our site without communicating any personal information.
