Great course for those who are new to being an instructor. This course gives you the tools needed to be a good instructor from the start. This course is quality; going into it I had my doubts knowing how I was when speaking to a group, but after the class I'm undoubtedly better at speaking in front of the class and dealing with issues that arise and now have better execution of the courseware I'm presenting.

I just completed the Instructor Certification program administered at the United Brotherhood of Carpenters training center in Las Vegas. Having attended many different types of training over my career I must say this was by far the best. Clear, concise and informative from day one. The instructors ability to engage the class and instill confidence to the participants was phenomenal.
